Yes, I shall now be known as Rachel – Rehomer of weedy looking fruit trees.
I popped along to my local Wyevale, where I had a massive £6 of vouchers to use up, and came across their sale trees section. That is when I saw it, a sweet little Jonagold apple tree (m26 stock if you are interested!) with 50% off. It has no leaves, but a few new shoots coming off the bare branches, and looked tiny in comparison with the massive bramleys surrounding it. So I handed over £5 of my vouchers, and now little Jona has come home with me.
Annoyily, I got home and realised that although I have several half used bags of compost, there was not enough to fill the giant pot I was planning on putting Jona in, so after picking up Lucy, its a trip to B&Q/Homebase for me!

Once Jona is safely in her new home, I’ll post some pics for you all :)
